Arrowtown Library is part of Central Otago and Queenstown Lakes Libraries. As a library member you can borrow up to 20 books, magazines, DVDs, videos, audio books, sound recordings and CD-ROMs. You have access to online databases such as ancestry.com and can do online research for 30 minutes free of charge. You can pick up and drop off resources at any library in the network.
Arrowtown’s reference resources includes the specialist Soper collection of bird books. During school terms there are weekly toddler story-time sessions, and the library runs children’s programmes during holidays.
If it’s hard for you to leave your house you may be able to have resources delivered.
